Preparing Roof Pillar For Installation

  1. Fit in the roof pillar.
  2. Drill holes for blind rivets in the marked areas -A-  using a > Diameter 6.5 mm  .

  3. Prepare the marked connection areas for bonding, welding and riveting.

    Roof pillar

    Green Resistance spot-welding + bonding
    Red Bonding + blind rivets
