Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing Roof

Information 

Do not apply zinc powder paint to the bonding areas.

1. Clean welding and bonding areas.
2. Prepare connection areas of the body for bonding and welding.
   1. 2.1  Prepare connection flanges in areas -A-  for resistance spot-welding and bonding.

   2. 2.2  Prepare connection flanges in areas -B-  for bonding with structural adhesive.

   3. 2.3  Prepare connection flanges in areas -C-  for bonding with window adhesive.

      > *** 6X00IN22 Working with Porsche 2-component window adhesive
