Removing Headlight Light Module

  1. Adjust vertical adjustment -1-  downwards -Arrow-  .

    Vertical adjustment

  2. Remove control unit for daytime driving lights.

    > 941555 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL UNIT FOR DAYTIME DRIVING LIGHTS 

  3. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and remove air duct -2-  .

  4. Unclip fixing clip -1-  above the air duct using a suitable tool and release and disconnect electric plug connection for headlight light module -2-  .

  5. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -1 and 2-  and then set them aside.

  6. Release and disconnect electric plug connection for the fan -1-  .

  7. Unscrew fastening screws on headlight light module -1-  .

  8. Press air duct -1-  upwards -arrow A-  and swivel headlight light module downwards -arrow B-  .

  9. Remove fan.
