Remove Loudspeaker Booster

NOTIFICATION 

Incorrect handling of optical waveguides 

• Risk of damage to optical waveguide 
  1. → Observe the requirements for working with and installing optical waveguides.

NOTIFICATION 

Voltage peaks 

• Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit 
  1. → Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 5 m).
  2. → Switch off electrical loads before disconnecting or removing them.

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts. 

1. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and remove loudspeaker booster -2-  from the holder.

   The number of screw points can vary depending on the loudspeaker booster version.

2. Release electric plug connections, disconnect them.

   1. 2.1  Release electric plug connection -1-Arrow A-  and disconnect it from the loudspeaker booster.
   2. 2.2  Release electric plug connection -2-Arrows B-  and disconnect it from the loudspeaker booster.
   3. 2.3  Release electric plug connection -3-Arrows C-  disconnect it from the loudspeaker booster -Arrow D-  .
