Removing Subwoofer

NOTIFICATION 

Voltage peaks 

• Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit 
  1. → Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 5 m).
  2. → Switch off electrical loads before disconnecting or removing them.

1. Switch off ignition and pull remote control out of ignition lock.
2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and carefully move subwoofer -2-  up into the luggage compartment.

   Information 

   Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

   • Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
   • Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
   • Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts. 
3. Release and pull off electric plug connection -1-arrows a-  .
