Mounting Transmission

WARNING: Danger of objects or loads falling down

Risk of squashing or crushing
→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.

NOTE: Mechanical overload of components

Component will be damaged irreparably
→ Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly

Mount transmission.
1. 1.1 Fit and tighten screws -3 to 6- .
2. 1.2 Fit screws -1 and 2- .
3. 1.3 Tighten all screws.
  > Tightening torque 85 Nm (62.7 ftlb.)
4. 1.4 Remove restraining straps.

Flange screws

Information
- The coolant hoses must lock with an audible click when pushed into the plug-in couplings.
Connect coolant hoses -2- .
1. 2.1 Fit spring clamps -1- .
2. 2.2 Connect coolant hoses and check that they are seated securely.

Connect vacuum line -1- to the valve block -2- .

Vacuum line for disc valve
Connect cable plug for pulse sender.
Fit cable duct -1- for B+ line.
1. 5.1 Route and secure cable duct on the transmission.
2. 5.2 Fit and tighten three external Torx screws (M6 x 16) -2- .
  > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.6 ftlb.)
