Removing Clutch Slave Cylinder
- Disconnect lines on clutch slave cylinder -1 and 2-
.
- 1.1 Disconnect return line -1-
on the clutch slave cylinder -3-
.
- 1.1.1 >9781 - Bleeding tool must be ready and closed (knurled screw turned clockwise as far as it will go).
- 1.1.2 Release and pull off quick connector on return line -5- .
- 1.1.3 Pull return line -1- off the bleeder valve -4- and insert >9781 - bleeding tool into the return line -1- immediately.
- 1.2 Disconnect supply line -2-
on the clutch slave cylinder -3-
.
- 1.2.1 Lift up safety clip and release line connection -4- .
- 1.2.2 Disconnect supply line -2- .
- 1.3 Close off open connections using suitable stoppers.
- 1.4 Catch escaping brake fluid.
Lines on clutch slave cylinder
- 1.1 Disconnect return line -1-
on the clutch slave cylinder -3-
.
- Remove clutch slave cylinder -1-
.
- 2.1 Unscrew screws on clutch slave cylinder -2- .
- 2.2 Guide clutch slave cylinder -1- forward out of the opening in the transmission and remove it.
Clutch slave cylinder
