Installing Connecting Link For Anti-Roll Bar (PDCC)

Banjo bolts

• Different banjo bolts are used to secure the pressure lines to the connecting link.
• Lower banjo bolt with check valve -1-  , conventional upper banjo bolt -2-  .
• Replace double seal on banjo bolts.

1. Install connecting link -1-  .

   Mounting for connecting link (PDCC)

   1. 1.1 Tighten threaded joint -3-  on the wheel bearing housing. >Initial tightening 50 Nm (36.9 ftlb.)  > Final tightening angle + 50 (37 ftlb.) ° 
   2. 1.2 Tighten nut -2-  on the anti-roll bar. >Initial tightening 50 Nm (36.9 ftlb.)  > Final tightening angle + 50 (37 ftlb.) ° 
   3. 1.3 Clip pressure lines into plastic bracket on connecting link.
   4. 1.4 Fit pressure lines to the connecting link and tighten cap screws -4-  . >Tightening torque 26 Nm (19.2 ftlb.)
