Removing Pressure Line From Hydraulic Pump

Information 

• The hydraulic pump pressure line to the distributor is not available as an individual part.
• Replace pressure line with hydraulic pump in the event of damage.

Hydraulic pump for lift system with pressure line

1. Disconnect pressure line -1-  for the distributor in the tunnel.

   6 clips installed in the tunnel (illustration shows 5 clips)!

   Mounting for pressure line for hydraulic pump in the tunnel

   1. 1.1 Open the catch bar -2-  and unclip line -Arrows-  .
2. Hydraulic pump for lift system.

3. Disconnect separating coupling -1-  for pressure line at the distributor.

   Hydraulic pump pressure line on distributor

   1. 3.1 Open clamp -2-  on the separating coupling -1-  using the recommended pliers and pull connecting line off the pressure line.
4. Remove hydraulic pump with pressure line.
