Installing Hydraulic Pump Pressure Line

Position hydraulic pump for lift system with screws.
1. 1.1 Route pressure line to the distributor in the tunnel.
Clip in the pressure line -1- in the tunnel.
6 clips installed in the tunnel (illustration shows 5 clips).

Mounting for pressure line for hydraulic pump in the tunnel
1. 2.1 Clip in the pressure line in the tunnel at the colour markings -Red arrows- .
2. 2.2 Lock catch bar -2- at the clips -Arrows- .
Insert the separating coupling -1- of the pressure line into the distributor.

Hydraulic pump pressure line at the distributor
1. 3.1 The clamp -2- of the decoupler -1- must engage securely.
Install hydraulic pump.

1. 4.1 Tighten M6 screws.
  > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.)
2. 4.2 Connect the cable plug and check that it is seated securely.
