Installing Valve Block (Front)
NOTE:
Incorrect line routing
- Risk of damage to lines and hoses
- Malfunction and fault memory entry on control unit
→ Avoid small bending radii when routing lines.
→ File down edges and burrs in the routing area or mask them with adhesive tape.
→ Maintain a sufficient distance from components exposed to high temperatures while driving.
- Fit valve block (front).
Valve block mounting (front)
- 1.1 Push valve block adapter -1- onto longitudinal member.
- 1.2 Push foam part -2- onto valve block adapter -1- .
- 1.3 Push valve block bearing -3- onto valve block adapter -1- .
- 1.4 Position valve block -4- on valve block bearing -3- .
- 1.5 Tighten screw -2- . >Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Valve block mounting (front)
- Connect and lock electric plug connection -1-
on the valve block (front) -2-

Electric plug connection on valve block (front)
- Fit hydraulic lines -1-
on the valve block -2-

Hydraulic lines on valve block (front)
- 3.1 Remove stoppers.
- 3.2 Assign hydraulic lines according to markings (see information on "Removing").
- 3.3 Insert hydraulic lines until they engage securely.
- 3.4 Tighten screw -3- on the holder. >Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Insert foam part -1- .
