The front-axle cross member is removed together with the following components:

Front-axle cross member

• Power-steering gear including wire harness 
• Anti-roll bar 
• trailing arm 
• Additional coolant pump (only for all-wheel drive vehicles) 
• Sections of the coolant lines and vent lines 
• RDK control unit 
• Angle sensor for headlight beam adjustment 

1. Remove front-axle cross member.
