Removing Ground Strap For Battery

Information 

Switch off all electrical loads and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 2 m).

• Do not disconnect the battery while the engine is running. 
• Be very careful when disconnecting and connecting the battery. 

1. Loosen fastening nut -1-  .

2. Disconnect ground strap for battery -2-  from the ground terminal of the battery/vehicle electrical system.

3. Only for vehicles without 12 V lithium-ion battery: 

   Release and unplug electric plug connection -1-  .

4. Unscrew fastening nut -2-  and remove ground strap for battery -3-  .
