Installing B+ Line From Transmission Connection Point To Generator

Check that the lines are routed correctly!

Information 

Fastening nuts must always be replaced.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
   1. 1.1 Raise engine/transmission unit into installation position and secure the unit mounts.
      1. 1.1.1 Tighten fastening nut securing transmission support to the body to > Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)  and > Torque angle 60°  .
      2. 1.1.2 Tighten fastening screws securing transmission bracket to the body to > Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)  and > Torque angle 60°  .
      3. 1.1.3 Tighten fastening screws securing brace plate to the body to > and >.
   2. 1.2 Tighten fastening nut securing B+ line at transmission connection point to > Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)  .
   3. 1.3 Tighten fastening screws for vacuum line to > Tightening torque 0 Nm  .
2. Secure B+ line from transmission connection point to generator at the bolt for terminal 30 on the starter.

3. Secure B+ line from transmission connection point to generator at the generator.
