Installing B+ Line For Battery

Check that the lines are routed correctly!

Information 

Fastening nuts must always be replaced.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
   1. 1.1 Tighten fastening nut on ground line in front wire harness to > Tightening torque 2.7 Nm (2 ftlb.)  .
   2. 1.2 Tighten fastening nut on B+ line for battery to > Tightening torque 5 Nm +/- 0.5 Nm (0.36 ftlb.)  .
   3. 1.3 Tighten fastening screws on battery console cover to > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)  .
   4. 1.4 Tighten fastening nut securing B+ line for battery to power distributor to > Tightening torque 12 Nm (8.8 ftlb.)  .

   Make sure that the B+ line is facing upwards out of the power distributor and the cover can be closed. Close the cover until it engages securely.

   Check that the rubber sleeve is tight against the body over its entire length.
