Disconnecting Main Wire Harness In Plenum Panel
NOTE:
Incorrect handling of main wire harness
- Risk of damage to lines
→ The main wire harness contains all airbag lines, antenna lines and optical waveguides.
→ The main wire harness must not be separated and is always replaced as a complete wire harness when carrying out extensive repairs.
→ If individual lines are damaged, shut off these lines and install new lines. Lay the new lines along the main wire harness and secure them to the main wire harness.
- Undo left fixing clips -1-

- Undo left fixing clip -1-
and open the spring strut cable duct lid -2-arrow-

Cable duct cover
- Undo the fixing clips -1-
on the cowl and -2-
on the battery box bracket.
Fixing clips
- Release and unplug electric plug connection for front lid.
- Release and unplug spring strut electric plug connection.
- Release and disconnect body sensor electric plug connection.
- Release and unplug valve block electric plug connection.
- Release and unplug alarm siren electric plug connection.
- Release and disconnect main brake cylinder electric plug connection.
- Only for AGM battery:
Release and disconnect battery sensor electric plug connection.
- Release and unplug electric fuel pump electric plug connection.
- Release and unplug electric fuel level sensor plug connection.
- Release main wire harness in plenum panel
