Subsequent Work

Information 

Servo motors must be taught following replacement using the PIWIS Tester.

1. Install heating/fresh-air unit.

   > 851519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HEATING/FRESH-AIR UNIT 

2. Teach servo motors.
   1. 2.1 Connect the PIWIS Tester to the vehicle and switch on the PIWIS Tester.
   2. 2.2 Switch on the ignition.
   3. 2.3 Start diagnostics.
   4. 2.4 Select "front-end electronics" control unit.
   5. 2.5 Select the "Maintenance and repairs" tab.
   6. 2.6 Select the "Teach flap drive motors" menu item and press F12 to continue.
   7. 2.7 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
