Preliminary Work For Packing 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Battery

1. Remove the critical battery from the vehicle using > VAS 6883 - Insulated Tool Set  (

   270619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM BATTERY

   ) and place it on a suitable base.

2. Fit protection caps on battery terminals.

3. Close the positive terminal cover on the battery.
