Removing Brake Disc Air Guide (Front)

Remove cover on lower trailing arm -1- .

Mounting for cover on lower trailing arm
1. 1.1 Unscrew and remove screws -2- .
Remove tie-rod ball -1- from the wheel bearing housing.

Mounting for tie-rod ball
1. 2.1 Unscrew nut -2- and counter using > 9546 - screwdriver at the ball-joint pin.
2. 2.2 Press off the tie-rod ball using > 9560 - press-out tool-1-.

Check the boot -1- of the tie-rod ball for signs of damage. If the boot is damaged, replace the tie-rod ball.
