Install Brake Calliper
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Loosen tie-wrap to secure the brake calliper.
- Position brake calliper on brake disc and wheel bearing housing/adapter (PCCB 992 without GT3) with new screws.
- Tighten new screws on -2-

Front brake calliper
- 3.1 Screws for grey cast-iron brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75°
- 3.2 Screws for PCCB brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75°
- 3.1 Screws for grey cast-iron brakes:
- Secure cable and cable plug for brake pad wear indicator.
Electric lines for brake pad wear indicator
- 4.1 Connect cable plug for -1- brake pad wear indicator and clip it in at the holder -3- .
- 4.2 Engage retaining rubbers -2- in the holder -3- .
- Position holder -1-
with brake line and cable on wheel bearing housing and secure.
- 5.1 Fit and tighten screws on holder -2- .

> Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Press the brake pedal several times to fit the disc brake pads on the brake disc again.
Information
The brake fluid level must be between the Min and Max markings.
