Component overview of fuel system on high-pressure side

1  High-pressure pump -1- 
2  O-ring on high-pressure pump -2-  - replace O-ring! 
3  Screws on high-pressure pump -3-  - replace screws  > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
4  Low-pressure fuel line -4- 
5  Holder for fuel lines -5- 
6  M6 screws for holder for fuel lines -6-  > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
7  Fuel collection pipe, bank 4-6 -7- 
8  Screws, M8 x 80 -8-  > Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  > Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  > Final tightening torque angle 90°  > Loosening and initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  > Final tightening torque angle 90° 
9  Fuel collection pipe, bank 1-3 -9- 
10  Low-pressure line -10- 
11  Union nuts on fuel lines (a/f 17) -11-  > Initial tightening 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)  > Final tightening torque angle + 50° + 10° 
12  Low-pressure sensor -12-  > Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.) 
13  High-pressure sensor for cylinder bank 4-6 -13-  - Always counter at the mount when tightening!  > Tightening torque 37.5 Nm (27.5 ftlb.) +/- 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) 
14  High-pressure sensor for cylinder bank 1-3 -14-  - Always counter at the mount when tightening!  > Tightening torque 37.5 Nm (27.5 ftlb.) +/- 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

Component overview of fuel system on high-pressure side

1  High-pressure pump -1- 
2  O-ring on high-pressure pump -2-  - replace O-ring! 
3  Screws on high-pressure pump -3-  - replace screws  > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
4  Low-pressure fuel line -4- 
5  Holder for fuel lines -5- 
6  M6 screws for holder for fuel lines -6-  > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
7  Fuel collection pipe, bank 4-6 -7-
