component-specific specifications.

These strict specifications apply in particular:

Storage, installation and removal, transport and disposal of vehicles, assemblies, operating materials and auxiliary materials,
handling of defective and potentially hazardous vehicles as well as assemblies,
handling of battery electric vehicles and high-voltage components.

For this purpose, take into account relevant and qualified information sources such as local authorities, responsible importers, associations and specialist website. Deliver items to be disposed of only to authorised reception points.

These regulations must be requested and complied with for all phases of life and work by the vehicle manager and documented if necessary.

Risk of fire

→ Cancel classification immediately

→ Alert the fire brigade

→ Take steps to deal with the danger from fire/gas leaks

WARNING: Lithium-ion battery/module in critical state

Danger of poisoning from emerging gases/fluids
→ If battery/module is in the vehicle: Move vehicle to the quarantine location.

→ If battery/module is not in the vehicle: Place battery in wire mesh crate at quarantine location.
