Removing Oil Supply Line

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is practically identical.

1. Have a suitable container ready for catching engine oil.
   NOTE: NOTIFICATION 
   Mixing fluids 

   • Risk of damage to components 

     → Close off all openings immediately after exposing them (with adhesive tape, suitable stoppers).

   Information 

   • O-rings must always be replaced. 
   • O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep. 
2. Remove oil supply line at the left -4-  .

   Unscrew screw -2-  on the turbocharger line holder.

   Unscrew screws -1-  on oil lines on the cylinder head.

   Unscrew screw -3-  on oil line (pressure side) on the turbocharger.

   Unclip oil supply line -4-  from the retaining clips.

   Guide out and remove oil supply line -4-  .

Replace O-rings.
