Installing Connecting Link For Anti-Roll Bar (PDCC)

Information
Banjo bolts
- Different banjo bolts are used to secure the pressure lines to the connecting link.
- Lower banjo bolt with check valve -1- , conventional upper banjo bolt -2- .
- Replace double seal on banjo bolts.
- Install connecting link -1-

Mounting for connecting link (PDCC)
- 1.1 Tighten threaded joint -3- on the wheel bearing housing. > Initial tightening 50 Nm (36.9 ftlb.) > Final tightening angle + 50 (37 ftlb.) °
- 1.2 Tighten nut -2- on the anti-roll bar. > Initial tightening 50 Nm (36.9 ftlb.) > Final tightening angle + 50 (37 ftlb.) °
- 1.3 Clip pressure lines into plastic bracket on connecting link.
- 1.4 Fit pressure lines to the connecting link and tighten cap screws -4- . > Tightening torque 26 Nm (19.2 ftlb.)
