Installing Pressure Pipe

- Install pressure pipe -1-
.
Fit new seal.
Pre -9- -position -2- the clamp on the hose.
Connect the pressure pipe -1- and hose -2- to the throttle housing and position it on the charge-air cooler.
Fit and tighten screws -10- .
> Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.) - 0.3 Nm (0.2 ftlb.) + 0.5 Nm (0.35 ftlb.)
Tighten clamp -9- .
> Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)
Push on hoses -8- onto pressure pipe -1- and secure spring band clamps -7- using a > VAS 6891 - spring band clamp pliers .
Push on and lock quick connectors -6- .
Position electric line -4- and clip in clip -5- .
Connect and lock electric plug connections -3- .
