Installing Intake Manifold

Insert intake manifold.
Be careful of the groove on the turbocharger!

Fit intake manifold on turbocharger and air intake.

Connect vent line at the right-hand side.
Install new V-band clamp -2- at the bottom.
Make sure that it is installed at the correct position! Position gap in the clamp on the fixing nipple on the intake manifold -arrow-.

Tighten screw -3- .

> Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.2 Nm (0.1 ftlb.)

Securing V-band clamp
Align and tighten screw-type clamp -2- at the top.
> Tightening torque 2.5 Nm (1.75 ftlb.) + 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.)
