Installing Air Guide On Charge-Air Cooler (Top)

Install air guide on charge-air cooler (top) -1- .

Air guide on charge-air cooler (top)

Position air guide on charge-air cooler (top) -1- together with air guide -6- in -direction of arrow- .

Clip air guide -6- into locking lugs -7- .

Screw in and tighten screw -5- .

> Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)

Connect wastegate hose -3- and secure spring band clamp -2- using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers .

Clip wastegate hose -3- into holder -4- .
Install oxygen sensor cooling element -1- .

Clip oxygen sensor cooling element -1- into holder -3- .

Screw in and tighten screws -2- .

> Tightening torque 2.2 Nm (1.6 ftlb.)
