If a customer or insurance company rejects the planned replacement of the wheel suspension by the workshop for cost reasons, an expert - or if this is not possible abroad, the importer - must be consulted at the cost of the rejecting party. If the decision contradicts the guideline, we recommend that a memorandum be drawn up on the issue and that it be countersigned by the expert.
