Removing TENSIONING Roller

Release drive belt.
137801 CHECKING DRIVE BELT
Loosen protection cap -1- using a plastic wedge -2- and remove it -arrow- .
Replace protection cap if damaged.

Tools for tensioning roller

1	> V.A.G 1331A - Torque wrench , 6-50 Nm/4.5-37 ftlb.
2	Ratchet head from toolbox > 9792 - Insert for torque wrench
3	Internal Torx bit T50 with width across flats 8 mm

Remove tensioning roller -2- .
Loosen internal Torx screw -1- using the specified tool, unscrew screw and remove tensioning roller.
