Removing Oil Pan

NOTE: Dirt and contamination

Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.

→ Clean or replace dirty components.

Remove lower part of oil pan.
Unscrew and remove screws -1 to 24- .

Tightening sequence for lower part of oil pan
Remove oil pan -1- .
Check moulded seal -2- and replace it if necessary. Replace seals -3- on the support domes.

Remove oil-level sender in order to clean it.

Clean sealing faces and remove oil residue.
