Installing Oil Pan

NOTE: Dirt and contamination

Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.

→ Clean or replace dirty components.

Grease seals -2 and 3- with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep.
Re-install the oil-level sender if it was removed.

Position lower part of oil pan -1- on upper part and secure with screws.

Moulded seal and seals on lower part of oil pan
Secure lower part of oil pan by tightening screws in the specified tightening sequence. Re-tighten screws -1 to 6- .
> Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
