Installing Oil Cooler

WARNING: Hot fluid

Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Fit new sealing rings -2- on the oil cooler bracket -1- .

Sealing rings on oil cooler bracket
Install oil cooler -1- .
Position oil cooler on the oil cooler bracket.

Check that the sealing rings are at the correct position!

Fit and tighten screws -2- .

> Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Oil filter support

Position support -1- .

Tighten screws -2- .

Tightening torque: > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
Fit positive crankcase ventilation line -3- .
Connect coolant hoses.
Fasten spring band clamps -2- .

Remove hose clamps > 3094 - hose clamp .

Connect coolant hoses -1- .
