Removing Oil Pump

NOTE:
Dirt and contamination
- Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.
→ Clean or replace dirty components.
- Remove sprocket -1-
for the oil pump -2-
.
Unscrew M8 screw -3- .
Replace screw!
Oil pump sprocket
- Lever the sprocket -1-
off the oil pump flange using a plastic wedge -2-

).
Levering off sprocket on the flange
- Remove oil pipe -1-
.
Unscrew screws -2 and 3- and remove oil pipe.
Replace O-ring!

- Remove oil pump -1-
.
Unscrew screws -2 and 3- and lift up the oil pump.
Replace seals!

1 Oil pump 2 Screws, M6 x 30 3 Screws, M6 x 80 - Carefully clean components and sealing faces by hand.
Do not get cleaning fluid in the oil ducts!
