Removing Oil Pump

NOTE: Dirt and contamination

Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.

→ Clean or replace dirty components.

Remove sprocket -1- for the oil pump -2- .
Unscrew M8 screw -3- .

Replace screw!

Oil pump sprocket
Lever the sprocket -1- off the oil pump flange using a plastic wedge -2- (-arrow- ).

Remove oil pipe -1- .
Unscrew screws -2 and 3- and remove oil pipe.

Replace O-ring!

Remove oil pump -1- .

Unscrew screws -2 and 3- and lift up the oil pump.

Replace seals!

2	Screws, M6 x 30
3	Screws, M6 x 80

Carefully clean components and sealing faces by hand.
Do not get cleaning fluid in the oil ducts!
