WM, 442655 Replacing Tyre Sealant: Information

The tyre sealing compound is stored in a storage bin (plastic box) -arrow- in the front luggage compartment.

The use-by date of the tyre sealing compound must be checked every 2 years.

If the tyre sealing compound is out of date (or will be out of date by the next maintenance event), the tyre sealing compound must be replaced.

The expiry date can be found on the base of the compressed air bottle.

The Driver's Manual for the vehicle describes its use in detail (sealing of tyre in the event of minor slashing damage). The compressed air bottle also comes with instructions.

The sealing compound is highly flammable and hazardous to health. Warnings to this effect are printed on the bottle and in the Driver's Manual.
