Subsequent Work

  1. Lower the vehicle.

    > WM, 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE

  2. Connect the PIWIS Tester  to the vehicle and switch on the PIWIS Tester.
    1. 2.1 Switch on ignition.
    2. 2.2 Start diagnostics.
    3. 2.3 Select DME engine control unit  , then select the Maintenance/repairs  menu.
    4. 2.4 Open the "Adaptations  " menu item.
    5. 2.5 Open the sub-menu Electronic adjuster for turbocharger (VTG)  .
    6. 2.6 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
