Removing Intake Manifold

CAUTION: Hot components

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Intake pipe on turbocharger

1	Left intake pipe
2	Right intake manifold
3	Screw-type clamps, top
4	Screw-type clamps, bottom (V-band clamp) - replace
5	Screws on V-band clamp
6	Vent line connection - right intake pipe

Remove intake manifold -1- .
1. 1.1 Loosen upper screw-type clamp -2- .
2. 1.2 Loosen screw-type clamp (V-band clamps) at the bottom -3- .
  Replace the bottom (V-band) screw-type clamp!
3. 1.3 Also disconnect vent line -5- at the right-hand side.

Pressure pipe on turbocharger, right
Disconnect and remove intake manifold.
Replace O-ring on the connection to the turbocharger.
