Removing Intake Manifold

→ Wear personal protective gear.
Installation overview on turbocharger at the left -1- and right -2- :
Intake pipe on turbocharger

| 2 | Right intake manifold |
| 3 | Screw-type clamps, top |
| 4 | Screw-type clamps, bottom (V-band clamp) - replace |
| 5 | Screws on V-band clamp |
| 6 | Vent line connection - right intake pipe |
- Remove intake manifold -1-
.
- 1.1 Loosen upper screw-type clamp -2- .
- 1.2 Loosen screw-type clamp (V-band clamps) at the bottom -3-
.
Replace the bottom (V-band) screw-type clamp!
- 1.3 Also disconnect vent line -5- at the right-hand side.
Pressure pipe on turbocharger, right
- Disconnect and remove intake manifold.
- Replace O-ring on the connection to the turbocharger.
