Installing Engine-Compartment Blower

WARNING: Moving components 
  • Danger of limbs being trapped or severed 

    → Do not reach into the danger area.

    → Secure the system to prevent it from being activated accidentally.

    → Keep third parties away from the danger area.

Information 

Make sure that the rubber mountings are not crushed or damaged during installation.

  1. Coat rubber sleeves with assembly grease.
  2. Install engine-compartment blower -1-  at the left and right.

    Clip in engine-compartment blower at the front -5-  rubber sleeves, then at the rear -4-  .

    Connect cable plug -3-  for engine-compartment blower.

    Connect central connector -2-  .

  3. Position cover on engine-compartment blower and clip it in.
  4. Screw on cap on coolant reservoir -1-  and oil filler neck -2-  and check that it is seated securely.
