Removing Middle Radiator

WARNING: Hot fluid

Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

NOTE: Cooling circuit not filled correctly

Risk of damage to vehicle components
→ After relieving the system pressure, do not start the engine or high-voltage system.

→ Fill and bleed the cooling system correctly before starting the engine or high-voltage system.

Disconnect coolant hoses -1- .
Loosen safety clips -2- .

Pull off coolant hoses -1- .

Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.

Coolant hoses on middle radiator
Remove air guide for middle radiator -1- .
Release retaining lugs at the top -2- and bottom -3- .

Take off air guide for middle radiator -1- .

Air guide for middle radiator
Remove middle radiator -1- .
Screw off nuts -2- and unscrew screws -3- .

Take off middle radiator -1- .
