Removing Coolant Pump (With Housing)
- Risk of squashing or crushing
→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.

| 1 | Screw, M8 x 25 > Tightening torque 33 Nm (24 ftlb.) |
| 2 | Screw, M6 x 25 > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) |
- Remove coolant pipe -1-
from the coolant regulator housing.
Lower coolant pipe
Collect emerging coolant in a clean container.
Unscrew screw -2- .
Loosen spring band clamp -3- .
Detach coolant hose -4- .
Pull coolant pipe -1- off the coolant regulator housing.
- Unscrew screw -2-
on the coolant pump holder -1-

- Loosen coolant regulator housing -4-
.
Disconnect cable plug on coolant regulator.
Unscrew screws -1 to 3- and remove.
Have complete housing -4- off the coolant line -5- by pulling it -Arrow- and swivelling it to the side.

- Remove coolant guide -1-
.
Unscrew screws -2- and remove coolant guide -1- .
Replace gaskets during installation.

- Remove coolant pump with housing -3-
.
Pull off vacuum hose -1- .
Unscrew screws -2- and pull off coolant pump -3- with housing.

- Replace gaskets and O-rings during installation, clean sealing surfaces.
