Installing Rear Brake CALLIPER

WARNING:
Danger of injury and damage from brake fluid!
- Poisonous if swallowed!
- Irritation and damage to skin
- Avoid contact with paint surfaces
- Store brake fluid in suitable, labelled containers only
- Wear protective gloves and goggles
- In the event of contact (eyes or skin), wash immediately with water
- In the event of contact with paint surfaces, wash off immediately with water - do not wipe off
- Install brake calliper -1-

- 1.1 Fit brake calliper -1- .
- 1.2
Screw in and tighten brake calliper screws -2-
.
Standard brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb. )
> Final tightening + 75 °
"S" brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75 °
PSCB/PCCB brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75 °
Rear brake calliper
- Secure the brake line -1- to the brake calliper.
- Connect electric plug connection for brake pad wear indicator -1-,
lock it and clip it into the holder -2-
