Securing Rear Brake CALLIPER

WARNING:
Danger of injury and damage from brake fluid!
- Poisonous if swallowed!
- Irritation and damage to skin
- Avoid contact with paint surfaces
- Store brake fluid in suitable, labelled containers only
- Wear protective gloves and goggles
- In the event of contact (eyes or skin), wash immediately with water
- In the event of contact with paint surfaces, wash off immediately with water - do not wipe off
Information
- The core of the warning contact line must not be left exposed! Worn insulation will result in malfunctions.
- Remove fastening element -1-
and remove brake calliper -1-

- Install brake calliper -1-

- 2.1 Fit brake calliper -1- .

Screw in and tighten brake calliper screws -2-
.
Standard brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75 °
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75 °
PSCB/PCCB brakes:
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 75°
Rear brake calliper
- Connect electric plug connection for brake pad wear indicator -1-
, lock it and clip it into the holder -2-
.

- Press the brake pedal several times to fit the brake pads on the brake disc again.
Information
The brake fluid level must be between the Min and Max markings.
