Removing Disc Brake Pads Front

Press back brake pistons.
1. 1.1 > T10145 - Piston resetting appliance must be inserted between the disc brake pads.

Disc brake pads in brake calliper
1. 2.1 Fit a plastic wedge between the brake pads -1- and brake calliper -2- .
2. 2.2 Carefully loosen the disc brake pads from the brake calliper by turning the tool slightly.
3. 2.3 Unclip electric plug connection for brake pad wear indicator -4- and remove disc brake pads from pad retaining pins -3- .
Clean the contact surfaces of the disc brake pads in the brake calliper and check the dust boots for damage/cracks.
