Installing Brake Disc Air Guide (Front)

Mounting for brake disc air guide
1. 1.1 Tighten tie-wraps -2- using > VAS 6927 - Tie-wrap pliers .

Fit tie-rod ball -1- on the wheel bearing housing.

Mounting for tie-rod ball

2.1 Tighten nut -2- . > Tightening torque 85 Nm (62.7 ftlb.)

2.2 Seal threaded joint securing tie rod to wheel bearing housing with wax as shown in -Illustration- . Use Pfinder AP14/4 for this (see Parts Catalogue - PET)

Applying wax on marked area (shown on threaded joint securing lower trailing arm)

Install cover on lower trailing arm -1- .

1. 3.1 Tighten screws -2- . > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
