Installing Tank Vent Valve

Place tank vent valves together with lines in installation position.
Secure tank vent valve, left -1- .

Tank vent valve, left
1. 2.1 Place left tank vent valve -1- in -direction of arrow- on holder -4- .
2. 2.2 Connect and lock electric plug connection -3- .
3. 2.3 Push on and lock quick connector -2- .
Secure tank vent valve, right -1- .

Tank vent valve, right
1. 3.1 Place right tank vent valve -1- in -direction of arrow- on holder -6- .
2. 3.2 Close line bracket -3- and clip line -4- in omega clips -5- .
3. 3.3 Connect and lock electric plug connection -2- .
Secure vacuum line -1- and electric line -2- .

Vacuum line and electric line
1. 4.1 Position vacuum line -1- and electric line -2- .
2. 4.2 Connect and lock electric plug connection -4- .
3. 4.3 Push on and lock quick connector -3- .
Connect vacuum line -1- in -direction of arrow- .

1. 6.1 Check O-ring for damage and replace if necessary.
2. 6.2 Plug in vacuum line -1- in -direction of arrow- .
3. 6.3 Screw in and tighten screw -3- .
  > Torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
4. 6.4 Push on and lock quick connector -2- .
5. 6.5 Clip in clip -4- .
