WARNING: Highly inflammable or explosive materials

Danger of fire or explosion
→ Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.

→ Use suction to remove ignitable vapors.

→ Attach warning sign in a clearly visible position.

→ Contain leaked media using non-flammable absorbent material and put it in a container designed for this purpose for disposal in accordance with local requirements.

→ Secure collection containers/vessels to prevent them from tipping over.

WARNING: Caustic fluids

Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.

→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.

→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.

→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.

If removed: Insert flange with new seal and lock locking ring -1- using > 9731/1 - lug wrench-2- by turning it clockwise.
IMPORTANT: High closing force for locking lugs on the locking ring!

Tool for fuel tank flange
Connect lines -A- to the fuel tank flange.
1. 2.1 Connect and lock the fuel line -B- .
2. 2.2 Connect vent line.
3. 2.3 Check that the lines are seated securely.

Connecting fuel lines
Connect cable plug.
Fit and tighten screws -2- for battery console -1- .
> Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

Battery console
Disconnect battery charger.
Install the battery.
