The front-axle cross member is removed together with the following components:

Front-axle cross member

Power-steering gear including wire harness
Anti-roll bar
trailing arm
Additional coolant pump (only for all-wheel drive vehicles)
Sections of the coolant lines and vent lines
RDK control unit
Angle sensor for headlight beam adjustment

Remove power-steering gear.
