Preliminary Work

  1. Remove the engine.

    100119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE

  2. Remove transmission.

    >  WM, 343527 REMOVING AND MOUNTING TRANSMISSION 

    >  WM, 373427 REMOVING AND MOUNTING DOUBLE CLUTCH TRANSMISSION 

  3. Support the engine with > 9771 - engine adapter  , > 9771/1 - mounting set  and > 9771/2 - engine support on the assembly support. 

    1001IN TOOLS FOR REMOVING UNITS AND WORKING ON THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY SUPPORT

  4. Drain engine oil.

    170117 DRAINING AND FILLING ENGINE OIL

  5. Remove exhaust system.

    260119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING EXHAUST SYSTEM

  6. Remove turbocharger.

    >  WM, 213019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TURBOCHARGER 

  7. Remove ignition coils.

    282020 REMOVING AND INSTALLING IGNITION COILS

  8. Remove fuel injectors.

    244019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FUEL INJECTOR

  9. Remove heat shields.

    261219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HEAT SHIELD

  10. Remove actuators for camshaft control.

    153919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ACTUATOR FOR CAMSHAFT CONTROL
