Disassembling Engine

NOTE: Dirt and contamination 
  • Risk of damage to units or components 

    → Protect components from dirt and contamination.

    → Clean or replace dirty components.

  1. Turn the engine on the assembly support so that the oil pan is at the top.
  2. Remove oil pan.

  3. Unscrew screws -2-  and remove coolant pipe -1-  .

  4. Remove piston.

  5. Remove crankshaft from the crankcase.
  6. Disassemble crankshaft.
