Additional Work For Vehicles With Pdcc

Information
- Only for vehicles with PDCC: After installing a replacement engine, pressure must be applied to the PDCC pump via the reservoir.
- Route PDCC lines -LHD vehicle -
on the underbody and clip them into the brackets -1-
.
Bracket for PDCC lines
- Remove all stoppers from the hydraulic lines -1-
and loosen tie-wrap.

- Connect plug-in couplings -1 and 2-
for the steering hydraulic system on the valve block.

- Clip in hydraulic lines -1 and 2 -

- Secure hydraulic lines on the distributor with union nuts -1-

> Tightening torque 28 Nm (21 ftlb.)

- Install holder -1-
for hydraulic lines at the right.
Fit and tighten screws -2- .
> Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Mounting for hydraulic line holder
- Fill in Pentosin at the hydraulic reservoir, check the fluid level and top up if necessary.
Refer to the appropriate service information.
- Apply pressure to the pump via the reservoir.
Bleed the system.
Refer to the appropriate service information.
- Visually inspect line connections for leaks.
