Additional Work For Vehicles With Pdcc

Information 

  1. Route PDCC lines -LHD vehicle -  on the underbody and clip them into the brackets -1-  .

  2. Remove all stoppers from the hydraulic lines -1-  and loosen tie-wrap.

  3. Connect plug-in couplings -1 and 2-  for the steering hydraulic system on the valve block.

  4. Clip in hydraulic lines -1 and 2 -  at the right -Arrows-  .

  5. Secure hydraulic lines on the distributor with union nuts -1-  .

    > Tightening torque 28 Nm (21 ftlb.)

  6. Install holder -1-  for hydraulic lines at the right.

    Fit and tighten screws -2-  .

    > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

  7. Fill in Pentosin at the hydraulic reservoir, check the fluid level and top up if necessary.

    Refer to the appropriate service information.

  8. Apply pressure to the pump via the reservoir.

    Bleed the system.

    Refer to the appropriate service information.

  9. Visually inspect line connections for leaks.
