Subsequent Work
- Danger of fire or explosion
→ Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.
→ Use suction to remove ignitable vapours.
→ Attach warning sign in a clearly visible position.
→ Contain leaked media using non-flammable absorbent material and put it in a container designed for this purpose for disposal in accordance with local requirements.
→ Secure collection containers/vessels to prevent them from tipping over.
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
- If removed: Insert flange with new seal and lock locking ring -1-
using> 9731/1 - lug wrench-2-
by turning it clockwise.IMPORTANT: High closing force for locking lugs on the locking ring!
Tool for fuel tank flange
- Connect lines -A-
to the fuel tank flange.
Connect and lock the fuel line -B- .
Connect vent line.
Check that the lines are seated securely.
Connecting fuel lines
- Connect cable plug.
- Fit and tighten screws -2-
for battery console -1-
.
> Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
Battery console
- Disconnect battery charger.
- Install the battery.
